You can return your order for any reason at any time within 3 months of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How to return or exchange

1. Please don’t telephone us when you send in a return.

2. We will send you a returns form with your order. Please fill this in and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange.

3. Please send to The Cowstalls, Highchurch Farm, Chickwell Lane, Hemington, Somerset, BA3 5XT.  England.

4. Please send your return recorded delivery and keep proof of posting. Returns are sent at your expense.

5. When we receive your return we will let you know and you will receive your refunded credit, a cheque or exchange note within two weeks .
